Downloadable digital goods such as 3D models and templates available for instant download after payment, and
Online courses and live training programs, which may include scheduled live sessions, communication via messenger, and individual feedback on assignments.
For downloadable products, customers receive immediate access once payment is completed.
For courses or live programs, access and participation follow the course schedule provided at the time of purchase.
3. License
Unless otherwise stated, Smart Models owns the intellectual property rights for all materials on this website.
You may use purchased 3D models and courses under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial purposes.
You must not republish, resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and confidentiality.
You must notify Smart Models immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Digital Products, Refunds, and Withdrawal Policy
5.1 Digital Products
All products offered on this website as digital goods (including downloadable 3D models, templates, and learning materials) are made available immediately after payment.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to receive digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the contract as soon as access to the files is granted, in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
Because of this instant access, orders for digital products cannot be canceled, modified, or withdrawn after payment is processed.

5.2 Online Courses and Live Educational Services
In addition to downloadable products, Smart Models offers online educational courses that include live sessions, communication via messenger, and assignment feedback.
Access to course materials and participation in live sessions are provided according to the course schedule.
If the course has not yet started, you retain the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Customers who wish to withdraw from a course before it starts must notify Smart Models by e-mail at support@smartmodels.pro within 14 days from the purchase date.
Once the course begins — or once access to any part of the educational content is granted — the service is considered to have started, and the right to withdraw from the contract is lost, in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
If you are unable to participate due to technical or scheduling issues, please contact us at support@smartmodels.pro, and your case will be reviewed individually.
6. Complaints Procedure
If you experience any issue with your purchase (for example, problems accessing a file or technical error), please contact us at support@smartmodels.pro.
Include your order details and a short description of the problem.
All complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
