1. Types of Products and Services
Smart Models offers two categories of products:
Digital goods – downloadable 3D models, templates, and other digital design resources.
These are delivered automatically and made available for instant download after payment.Online educational services – live or scheduled training courses that may include video sessions, communication via messenger, feedback on assignments, and access to course materials provided gradually according to the training schedule.
Both digital products and online courses are covered by this Refund & Dispute Policy, with specific terms outlined below.
2. Refunds
2.1 Digital goods
By purchasing downloadable digital products, the customer expressly agrees to receive digital content immediately after payment and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
Because of this instant access, orders for digital goods cannot be canceled, modified, or withdrawn after payment is processed.

Please review all product and course descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
2.2 Course Withdrawals (Before Start Date)
For online courses that include live sessions, scheduled lessons, or interactive learning, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of payment, provided that the course has not yet started and no access to educational materials has been granted.
To exercise this right, please send an e-mail to support@smartmodels.pro including your order details and a statement of withdrawal.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of confirming the withdrawal.
Once the course begins — or access to any part of the educational materials is granted — the service is considered to have started, and the right to withdraw from the contract is lost, in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
3. Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order (for example, file access problems, technical errors, or course delivery issues), please contact us at support@smartmodels.pro.
We will review your case and assist in resolving the problem.
All disputes and complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt, and a response will be provided via e-mail.
4. Agreement
By purchasing from Smart Models, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Dispute Policy.
This policy complies with the applicable provisions of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
